Sorry to bother you all, but I have just had a measurement of 3050mm off Stuart for the total length of the Exocet. What have you guys used to collect yours ? Trying to avoid a Luton because of the fuel economy. I was thinking about a LWB sprinter ?

Thanks, I was a bit worried about the width of the chassis and everything stacked up like bodywork.

Good question! Let's start with the kit dimensions. 2950 mm long and 1360 mm wide. The width and height is no problem for any van but lengths are shown below. Ford Transit LWB 3494 mm. Merc Sprinter MWB 3364 mm. Renault Master MWB 3083 mm. Vauxhall Movano MWB 3083 mm. Peugeot Boxer L2H2 3120 mm. Citroen Relay L2H2 3120 mm. Fiat Ducato MWB 3120 mm. VW Crafter MWB 3265 mm. Please check the above dimensions with your hire company before booking and advise if any of the above is incorrect, we don't want to stick another one on a roof rack or a trailer that is the size of a wheel barrow again!

Thanks, I was a bit worried about the width of the chassis and everything stacked up like bodywork. Dont worry about how to pack it all in coz Stuart and Jules are expert at how to pack it to avoid damage. Take a load of strap, bungees and get to B&Q or homebase and buy some pipe lagging for the frame. Stuart helped pack my van and knew exactly the best way to do it. Took all of 10 minutes max to do it

Can we make this topic a sticky for future builders please moderators ? Especially because of the kit dimensions vs can pay load dimensions. This will save a lot of head scratching and in necessary calls to Mev in the future.
