Does anyone have a build thread or no of one that explains how to put the wishbones back on with the camlock washers in the correct base position. Ive seen a very technical doc with lots of numbers and techy stuff but makes no sense to me.
An idiots guide would be great!

I wouldn't worry about it for reassembly. Choose a neutral setting and match it on all wheels. I went for the central part of the washer on each one.
You need to do the alignment when the car is built, either yourself or take it to a garage.

Echo the above. It'll be miles away especially if your changing ride height/suspension. Set them all dead neutral and get it aligned when finished.
If you want to be more accurate, smartphone spirit levels can be pretty accurate for Camber, and the string method for tracking is not half bad if you take your time. googling both with explain if your not familiar. A lot of serious motorsport teams do aligntment with the string method still.

You'll want totally different setup once the Exocet is done

I had mine (hunter) laser aligned at a local garage. The mechanic drove it from my house to the garage and back on trade plates... only charged me £80. I would strongly recommend getting the emissions tested and headlights aligned at the same time if you are doing this. I didn’t, and it failed the first IVA for the sake of an £80 catalytic converter. Even if your donor had an MoT (mine had 11months), the MoT testers (may) try lots of tricks to get it to pass, the IVA guy (probably) won’t.
