Anyone know where to buy a carbon fibre bonnet Mev R Read m

Hi



As per title im looking for a Mev.R carbon fibre bonnet, looking at the car owned by mabbs he seems to have had one made up. Any ideas? where he got it from and cost.



Also looking for the same carbon bits for, wheel covers, side pods.



anyone has ideas on costs and suppliers please let me know. I did find a company online that use your current bonnet as a mould to build a cabon fibre one, can anyone help me with the a technical document that has the dimensions of the bonnet to get rough price on the bonnet.

I bought a side pod and upper chassis rail covers from Mabbs, unfortunately I don't have his email address however a moderator, mawdo81 perhaps, should be able to furnish that info from his profile.

However I think the moulds went to RTR.

I can supply you a side pod for the steering rack, I bought one from Mabbs but never used it. If you are interested I will get you a price. I will be in the UK in a few weeks so can bring it over.

I would definitely get the rail guards, they are excellent.

I can also provide you with an approximate drawing of the body which should be good enough for a costing exercise, I will pm you to establish contact then you can send me your email address.

Exo Sports Cars have the moulds for the all the Rocket panels and can produce both bonnet and cycle wings in carbon. Just give them a call and they will put them into production for you.
