Looking for some advice.
Currently got Pirelli PZero Nero tyres on 17' wheels (205 45 17), with 186hp at the wheels in my Rocket. Do 50 percent track and road, never in the wet( unless damp at a track day, but rare)
I am told these tyres are terrible on track and can see this a lot myself with graining and overheating after about two laps.
Question is, what is better?
Current best option I have is toyo r888r's, but are these too grippy and road driving will be horrific due to the harder sidewall? Chassis will struggle with the loads?
Any advice welcome!!
