Have you checked the Meter fuse 10a in inside box?? B/Y wire to cluster is power for all of them.. Check the Black wire at the cluster connector.. Has it got a good ground to the frame. OHM meter 0.00 reading.. There were ground wires at both ends of the dash..

got 0 ohm reading on grounds got voltage readings on all gauge terminals going to individual gauges rpm temp gas I even hooked up a different gauge cluster with its very own circuit board with no flaws!! same results > but it didn't melt ign K< I am missing a ground somewhere has to be but I don't know where. I am guessing on the engine since that is where all the gauges lead. of coarse except gas but that one is unknown since the car sits on empty till I can drive it! I have rear ground middle ground both sides dash and middle I have 2 under dash that are a multiple ground terminal I have drivers side main engine strap ground to firewall ********I have 2 ground terminals behind fuel rail that are grounded to 2 separate bolts near each other 1 hoist bolt one fuel rail. ****** I put stars cause these are the two I question most?

Did you check the black wire at/in the cluster connector for a good ground and a good ground to each gauge mount.. Have you checked the continuity of each sensor wire from gauge to sensor Tach Y/L, water temp B/L, oil press Y/R, eng.ck.Y/B, charge W/B.. These all go through a connector that has openings for 14 wires on/under end of the pass/right side of the dash.. To check if fuel gauge is hooked up, key on and ground the Y wire at the fuel pump plate connector, gauge should swing to full.. It will take a short time for it to move all the way.. This wire goes through a connector space for 18 wires on the left/driver under side of dash up by pedals..

Great news.. Sounds good too.. Is your hood going to clear the intake system as in pic with tubing and AFM so high. Might just be the angle of the pic..
