Hi Folks I've been doing a bit of reading and there seems to be a few threads saying that the 99-00 model NB had a lot of extra fuel lines and ancilleries that are not required. I've already got rid of my charcoal cannister but others are taking it to another level and only seem to be running a single fuel line from back to front. I've seen pictures like the ones below where the send and return pipes are essentially connected via a T-piece. Has anyone done this and if so what did you do at the engine end because I have 2 hoses at the engine end and there will potentially only be one coming from the rear end? Just trying to find some more information as this looks like a nice neat setup. Thanks Bob

Hi Bob, my Replicar is set up as above but it was a mk2.5 from 2002 so only had 1 fuel line to the engine when it came from the factory. I've got a feeling both of the photos you posted might be mk 2.5's but am happy to be proved wrong.

If you have 2 hoses going forward to the fuel rail that is the setup you need to keep. The center most tube on the fuel tank plate is the supply.. From tank to filter to FRONT of the fuel rail on engine.. The Return from the back of the fuel rail to the outer tube on tank plate.. Make sure you have a good ground for the 2 black wires in the connector to tank to the frame.. 1 for gauge, other for pump..

Yeah there seems to be two hoses at the front so I may as well just run two lines forward. There''s three lines all together but one is a breather so I'll just put a little filter on it like above and run the two. Just thought that it looked like a nice tidy install and would be a little cleaner with one line but it's fine if I need 2. Thanks for the advice. 👍🏼

If your fuel rail has the supply at the front of the rail AND the fuel pressure regulator at the FRONT you have a 1 hose system.. If the supply is forward and regulator at the rear of rail with a tube on it for a hose you have 2 hose system
