I have acquired an excellent Cat C salvage MX-5 Gleneagles. It has had a moderate Front end shunt, but runs and drives.
lots of special equipment bits to sell to recoup the cost of the car and more.
only showing 67,000 miles. I can provide a spare front subframe if required.

This is a Category C salvage vehicle direct from the insurance company. The vehicle will arrive at the end of this week and I will add a more detailed description when it arrives.
Well equipped with special edition equipment
Leather seats, wood-effect interior trim
The pre accident value of this car was assessed as £4,000. It has had a moderate front end impact, but would be worth repairing. Mark 1 MX-5s are rapidly climbing in value.
The engine runs and the car drives.
If not repaired, the car would make an ideal kit car Donor with lots of special equipment bits to sell.
I will not accept bids/offers without viewing the car. As the car is a Cat C salvage car, the new owner will have to apply for a new V5 logbook. There is no longer a requirement to undergo a VIC (vehicle identity check) for Cat C cars and you don't even need to pay £25 for the V5.
The car will need to be trailered away.
I am advertising the car early as I expect it to be snapped up. I will book viewings for Friday afternoon onwards. I may consider delivering within 50 miles of Billericay, Essex if my costs are covered.
