Bought from Claire who makes them.....known as Crap Engineering(!)
Claire originally fabricated a subframe so that she could put a V6 into her MX5. The response to her build thread saw her build loads more for straight replacement of the OEM frame.
Mine is to replace a Mk1 frame on the Exocet, but it's got Mk2 steering geometry.

Sorry...can't answer that at the moment. Could weigh the tubular frame but the spare OEM frame with which we could make a comparison is buried under a pile of other spares.
