Bilstein shock rebuild

I am rebuilding some shocks and as they came to me in bits I M unsure of what needs to go back on. 

I have found fhe following online, and I seem to be missing a couple of items. 

Are these needed? 

1: 28-775b
2: 28-776b
3: 28-777
4: 28-774

The 28-774 and -777 are the washers (reuse) that sandwich the 28-775 and -776 rubber bushing to the top hat. These can be reused if still in good condition.. 28-111b bump stop might need replacing too. The back ones (red) go bad fast break into pieces..

Thanks for the quick reply. Just my luck that the shocks never came with these parts!!

Will see if they are available off the shelf.

I have the yellow and red bump stops so will check their condition too.
