We've bought a part finished Exocet project (apologies, I've failed at doing a build thread). I was always going to build one from scratch, but A - my planned doner car turned out to be caked in a thick layer of oil and it was just horrible to clean up and B - this came almost built for around half the +VAT cost of the Exocet kit. One of the many jobs to get to is sorting the front bulkhead panels. This is a little mangled, party by the previous builder and partly by us as we had to wrestle with what was there in order to take the gearbox off to change the clutch. Can I have any recommendations on how to tidy this up? Or if replacement panels can be purchased from MEV? Note that the centre console fits in place, but doesn't mount up flush against the bulkhead panelling.

You could get a sheet of ally and make a new one yourself You will need to make a cardboard template from the old one
