A new Company has been set up to manufacture and supply kits to enable a Jaguar 3.0 V6 to be fitted in an MX5, or of course an Exocet. These engines were developed by Porsche, sold by Ford, Jaguar and Mazda. I have heard of 700 bhp from these units. Not sure how long for though.
The same engine is used by Noble in their M400 boasting 425 bhp with a couple of fans on the pipes.
Not for the faint-hearted or those with shallow pockets but what an awesome power unit with a fantastic sound track for the driver whilst having a very quick ride.
