After some advice please.
So for whatever your reason if you brought your frame from MEV without powdercoat how have you painted/finished it at home and with what.
Keep seeing POR 15 pop up but not UV stable. Just after some ideas.
Cheers Scott

Our Exocet had a powder coated frame when we bought it, and I've hand painted some areas of wear with two pack epoxy mastic. But I'm more concerned with durability than appearance (of the car!).

If you are after a paint to last and be hard wearing we use marine paints at work on the commercial vehicles I plan to paint the floor and already started painting subframes and ppf with bed liner paint if had budget would love do the whole vehicle in line x. on youtube there are a few good diy paint jobs with both single stage as well as multiple stage paint jobs

I have used POR15, seems pretty tough. As you say it is not uv stable so they do a POR 15 topcoat to paint over it with - I used their chassis black topcoat.
Frosts used to sell a kit containing the cleaner, prep n ready, base coat and topcoat.
