Digital instruments with OEM ECU?

My tach, speedometer, and odo have become intermittent after 17.5k miles of sand blasting my unprotected instrument cluster printed circuit. Rather than simply replacing it, is there an easy option for digital gauges, including fuel, oil, and coolant?

I'm using a Kiwi2 OBD reader and Dashcommand on my iPad. I wanted to fully replace my dash with it, but there is too much latency to use it for the tachometer.

Bummer on the tach. Also, I have a JDM ECU, so no OBD2 AFAIK.
