WA state headlight requirements

Hi All,

A quick question: does anyone know the headlight requirements for kitcars in WA state? Specifically does one need to have a specific headlight pattern etc.  I ask because the state requirements seem to talk about height and number of beams etc. but I didn't see anything about not using a pair of KC Daylighters for example...

Once we have a definitive answer perhaps the mods could move this to the authorities section?
