I'm sure that this has been covered, but I can't seem to find anything.
I have the GRP seats from MEV, I assume that I use the runners that came with the standard seats?
Are there any details about how to fit these please |

I don't think there is anything specific regarding the MEV seats. I have the same, see my build thread page 4 for how I did it - I asked if it looked acceptable but didn't get any reply!
Used M8 40mm for the runners, from a MKII, and lots of spacers for the seat so the adjuster runs free. Lifting it also clears the chassis so you get the full range.
