Having some issue with front wishbone bushings, took the exocet for a very short drive only to find a very harse juddering when braking. Only happens with front brakes as when hand brake applied no juddering. So back in the garage to find the problem.
Noticed a lot of play with front top wishbone the one with the long bolt both sides. Gave it a really good tightening still same issue. What I noticed is the metal insert within the bushing is protruding not allowing the large washer to sit againist the rubber bushing? Tomorrow I will swap top wishbones around in case the solution is that simple but I think it's hopefull! Any ideas?
Order in which wishbone assembled : long bolt, large washer (wish bone in-between), large washer, small washer then nut. Plz correct me if this is wrong.

Don't really know about Exocet assembly but I would think there are many similarities to Rocket.
I doubt the rubber bush should be clamped, the crush tube passing through should be which sounds like what you have.
I would be looking at the brake disk itself, is it distorted?

They are new brake disks and wilwood brakes. There is some play in the wishbones when moved with a crow bar. So I'm assuming that when braked the movement in wishbones is causing this issue?

The metal insert is supposed to stick out farther. This keeps the poly from binding on the washer, letting the arm articulate.

Did you make sure the hub faces were clean before you fitted the discs. Even a small bit of corrosion on the hub face can throw the disc out of true. With the wheel of spin the disc and check its running true.

Well I figured the problem out! Brought wilwood brakes and new disks off freakyparts, I opted for a black coating on the disks. When braking the pads would stick causing a massive vibration. Turns out the black stuff was adhering to the pads. Sanded it off and bammmm, functional brakes. Phew. In a normal car which I could of drove on the roads legally it may not of been an issue. Credit to freakyparts aka stu didn't mind me calling him for advice. I would recommend a label/notice on the disks to help future folks out if they are a novice like me.
