Anyone know where I can purchase a slim radiator fan. Brought an aluminium rad which is thicker won't allow me to fit standard fan.

It is a push or pull depends on how you have it wired. OEM wired it pulls reverse wires it pushes.
Check eBay for fan units

I had the same issue with my thicker rad, mine only fouled on the anti roll bar. I ended up using some 15mm angle aluminium and modifying the lower fan motor brackets.

I cut some clearance on the stock shroud brackets to clear the front anti roll bar for mine. Still plenty of material left. I may switch to an aftermarket single fan for even more clearance and less complexity if I run across one for a reasonable price.

If blades aren't symmetrical then the fan is designed for a particular direction...
