It's still got ages to run so I imagine it will increase quite a bit before it ends.
As nice as the rotrex kit is this is an older set up as hinted by the fact that the alternator will need repositioning. The rotrex kit that you can by now was especially designed for our set up as Mabbs had a hand in it's design so the bracket now houses the alternator as well as the charger. It's 5/6 years old but only covered 12K, not a lot of miles...
It still needs an intercooler and fittings along with a new head gasket for the compression as well as an after market ECU.
And finally if he is changing for a turbo is it worth buying this instead of going for a turbocharger set up in the first place.
It's defo worth a bid but it's knowing when it's no longer a bargain. If it could be bought for less than a £1200-1300 then it would be a good deal as I recon that there is another £400-500 worth of bits to get it running more if you need a new ECU.
