We now offer a no extra cost alternative front end for Exocet. It looks more aggressive and BMWesque although the BM has the nostrils planted on the front where as the Exocet nostrils actually form the front end. We will post more pictures later as it is difficult to appreciate the style variation from a shot at this angle, in a different colour to the standard one and without wheels etc.

Interesting. Is the new nose likely to be better or worse for intercoolers and oil coolers?

Will be good to see it mounted to a complete car but it looks good so far.

Interesting. Is the new nose likely to be better or worse for intercoolers and oil coolers? The new option is 50mm longer in the centre and 50mm less at the sides which is how we created the pointy nose. This also created a wider grille area to compensate for the reduction of air flow by having a nose centre. Roughly the same room in front of the rad as per the 2015 design.

Looks fab! Is there increased under bonnet space - I have a Mk2.5 donor and apparently there were issues with clearance.

yes there is slightly more room, but I have not tried it on a 2.5. It is possible to pack the subframe mounts to lower the engine if required and then adjust the suspension as the car will then sit lower.

We've got a Mk2.5 1.8 in our Exocet, and have cleared it by lifting the bonnet fixings somewhat.

Thanks it will be one or both of those methods then.
Any more pics of the new nose ?
