Lucky students at South Nottingham College will be given the opportunity to work on the Missile EV. I am developing a training program to introduce the students to the world of electric vehicles.
Missile was chosen by the college as it is easy to see all major components and therefore makes it easy to understand. Modern cars of course on the other hand reveal very little when you lift the hood. Already other uni's and colleges have shown an interest in using a MEV EV in their curriculum.
EMCAT (east midlands centre for automotive training) are using the Missile to attract students to join the college.
Official handover is Friday morning. I will have to have a shave.
