Updates are coming slowly. I'm a DJ by trade and the fall is super busy for me.
I also need to clean my Solstice Coupe and Camaro for storage.
Are you going through Pete at Dove racing for your kit?

I can relate to the busy fall season, My work wont let up until winter. Yea I have already talked with Pete, I was thinking about doing the tr1ke but the mevabusa is so sick. Im ready to buy the kit but have to wait until I sell my blazer and Colorado, dont have room right now (hoping they will sell soon) I live out in the country about 20 min from Disney

Green machine looks like Brett's Rocket. Is Dove Racing doing your full build?

That is easy on the eye, I like the colour scheme. It's probably just the angle of the camera or something so it's probably nothing but thought worth mentioning just in case! the bolts for your harness look like m5 ish? In the uk we need grade 8.8, hex head m8 as a minimum. Also your 2 universal joints on the steering column seem mis-aligned, are they finally bolted in yet?
When do you hope to finish? It'll be great to get her home!

Again I'm not from USA but I don't like to see extension plates for seat belts like that at all, there will be a lot of load on that bar in the case of an "incident" cantilevering it out like that does not fill me with confidence, whether it will pass certification is irrelevant. Also, have you seen Breaking Bad, in the first series (I think) Walt uses a windscreen washer brush to connect the two terminals on a battery of a car at a service station. Looks like you have a similar potential problem with your battery clamp

No I agree, the extension plates were built by Dove Racing because the kit was originally made for a 4 point harness. I'll have to come back to this and see how we can make it more sturdy.
And for the battery hold down. It looks a lot closer than it actually is. Plus, we've moved it to the back of the car now. Will make it easier access in the future if needed.

And it's here..
Next steps ... advise if you have others I should be doing.
1. Oil - Either wet or dry sump. I have a thread asking questions on this already.
2. Radiator. Either get a custom built one or use a Gen2 Busa Rad...
