Are you re-using the original brake pipes?

I had the same and had to move the little valve that they connect into by about an inch further back to allow the rear panel to fit

No using new ones but where the rubber hose joins the copper pipes one is touching the plate that sits behind the drivers seat because of the location of the brake junction box, I thought about rotating it but this puts strain on the rubber hose that comes from the caliper

No, the original union is fine, it just needs to be moved rearwards a little.

Having a nightmare day today the front upper suspension arm threads have rounded off and struggling to find replacements (cheap enough) means I got to take most of front suspension off again gutted

Been a while since last updated but just wanted to let you all know that I have taken my Exocet for IVA last Wednesday and it passed on first attempt, although the weather was not much good and had a few little minor issues that needed rectifying I had a fantastic IVA inspector that went out of his way to help me pass it first time overall great day and wanted to thank everyone for there help and advice during my build and if I can ever offer any advice or help to anyone else would be more than happy to .
