I am really looking forward to the event. Last year it rained cars and dogs but was still a awesome day.

One request, last year we had one lap each before pitting, can we make it 2 laps each this year as its a very short circuit?

Glade you enjoyed it, always surprises me that a lot more don't bother to attend. Hopefully sun cream will be the order of the day this year.

I think we can do that BobN its always a compromise between how long each stays out on circuit to how long owners are prepared to queue. We will be using the lower end of the circuit exiting from, entering from the pit as per last year, though we best wait and see nearer the day or on the day itself how best to play it.

Ok so it says no dogs or children under 10 now I don't have a dog but I have a child under 10 does this mean I cannot bring him

I've not been to nor am I able to attend the event but referring to Bob's post above -

At our street sprint we did three laps of a circuit that was triangular in shape however each straight had a chicane to navigate. The total time for a car to complete the three laps was between 2:20 (fastest) and 3:30 (me ), this gives an idea of the size of the circuit.

Three cars ran on the circuit at any one time, as the first car completed the first leg the next car was released and then as the first car reached corner two the third car was released.

When the last car of the 'set' had finished the next set started and so on.

Rules were that you could not overtake, if you caught another car you had to follow it but you got a rerun.

You were not allowed to exit the car for any reason (unless it was on fire) so if you broke down you had to wait in the car for a marshal.

Now you may do something similar already but if not it illustrates how you can safely up your track time without causing undue delay.

Primary problem with your idea kiwi, is the curborough track/circuit layout, crossover points and alternate directions of travel, see Pic

Could you not eliminate the crossover issue by using the non crossover option? reckon you'd easy run two cars safely for two laps.

Great to see a little enthusiasm for and early booking of the event, p5curly I will expect to see Jamie at curborough again this year and hope to see a big smile on his face when he returns to the paddock after being scared witless by your driving.

I shall over over the weekend try and find a little time to go over the points and concerns raised by members so please don't think I'm ignoring anyone.

Thanks for that Nigel yes jamie should be with us but I think we will only take him on parade lap . It was great last year in the rain but I still preferred to do one car at one time on track it seems more safer and they run like that at curbourgh all the time .its only up the road for us so last year I got to see lots of different cars go round the track
