Man o man, all of this frame damage. Seems to me that a new form of shipping needs to be found. Either a new carrier or a new box/pallet. Hope you get this sorted out.

Dang, delivery seems to be a show stopper for many buyers.

Why was there a strap on it??

The strap was necessary to keep it from rolling around the truck. It was 20' long, with the ratchet in the *one* place that would damage the frame.

When UPS delivered mine, they had movable cargo restraint bars in the truck that held things in place without having to use straps and tie-downs. Sorry the person who loaded your exo in the truck was an idiot who just wasted a lot of time and money.

Thanks for the support, guys.
Kevin has some news that should eliminate this BS in the future.
If I were to accept it as it is, any suggestions on what would be fair restitution?

I can't tell from where the strap is for sure in your photo. Is the damage on the front upper tube at the radiator? if so that would be under the bodywork.

It is at the right rear corner.

Don't accept it, it will always bother you. Yes the delay is frustrating but I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end.

Kevin offered to work something out to prevent delaying everyone else's kits. I am satisfied, and tomorrow I will pick it up from the local hub.

I'm glad it worked out for you. Especially since my kit isn't that far off.

Might need to be careful lowering the body on - the place at the rear of the ally girder, where you have a clip between the two circular cutouts, is very tight for clearance between it and the tunnel (or at least it is on mine). Be a shame to squeeze the clip and so squeeze the line.
I had a bolt about there holding an earth/ground terminal on and the tunnel touched the bolthead.
