There were only two MX150Rs at Cadwell this month but that didn't stop us having fun. Micky Scott (58) and I are pretty evenly matched right now: I've had a few more races, but he is more consistant; I have a few more horses, he is more competitive; he has youth on his side, I have senility on mine! I've yet to edit the 1st race where I beat him, so here's the 2nd where he beat me:
Cadwell is a great track - changes in height, multi-radius bends, blind crests and the Mountain, where with enough power you will take off, so get your MEVs out! Last meeting of the season for the MX150Rs is Donington Park, 1st weekend in October and I will have a couple of free tickets to spare.

Fantastic video John by far the best I've seen yet, really gave me the feeling of being right in the action. Be very interested to know what video equipment and software you used to create it? I shall look forward to seeing many more fine examples of this kind of thing from you in the future. Nigel

2 cheap (£60-ish) Kodak 'Playful' HD camcorders back to back in a homemade mount (if you've ever installed a toilet seat you'll recognize the fastenings) and a resurrected family camcorder for sound and the occasional shot of me in panic. The software is Serif Movieplus - I've tried all the others and none is as intuitive ( I hate manuals) - perhaps because Serif is a British company. Micky Scott's vid is on the ubiquitous Go-Pro (too wide-angle and naff sound) so I've cropped it about 50% and tried to augment the sound with that from the Kodaks. For me, films require you either to remain a spectator or become a participant. I'd rather participate - think of Bullitt.

Truncated version of the 1st race on the Saturday (spent 3 laps catching up after a dodgy start)
