Thanks for the info Jon. I agree that letting RTR do the IVA takes a lot of the hassle out of it. Suppose it is like everything, if you do it regularly it gets easier. Might have to get a cheap set of headlights for the IVA then put the double ovals on at a later date. Still not sure on rear lights yet. All this and not even got the kit yet. Colin

Colin mate i have been through all of that, i have spent loads and loads of money, bought then changed my mind on all sorts of gear, and im only getting my chassis on sunday. i have got the RTR light kit, which will be getting removed straight after iva and passed on to someone else who needs it.

Some final finishing touches added to the Rocket. Although this was fitted at Curborough, I forgot to upload a photo: Neat little Chrome Fire extinguisher. Not that I don't trust my fitting, but if it's good enough for Pagani ;D I do have another spare if anyone is interested I noticed a few cars having tool kits which is a good idea whilst out and about, so decided to put together a small kit with the essentials dedicated to my car:

This unit was on the original plan but thought I would wait until funds recovered a little. Whilst going around Curborough it would have been a great benefit to have some readings more 'in ya face' so I would not have to take my eyes of the track too much Dash4 Pro from Race Technology is a relatively new unit and has all the functions required for me to view, including lap times etc. Another toy to play with !! So have you weighed it now it's "finished"?? Corner Weighted at 545.7kg. 33% Front to 67% rear weight distribution. Only 9kg difference in off-side to nearside weight, so all-in-all, not bad figures. I am sure i could easily loose a good 30kg if I stripped it down for track only, but happy with what I have got ;D

That's pretty good, have you had it on a proper track yet?

That's pretty good, have you had it on a proper track yet? No real track work apart from Curborough but plan to do at least one before the end of the season/summer.
