No, the radiator plate with EXOBUSA has been laser profiled as division of the company I work for has this facility.
I actually have a few spare, has I made up a minimum sheet size

Understand the rad plate is custom, but is the radiator / fan out of the bike or did you aftermarker one? I only ask because my kit is coming in October.

That's an aftermarket rad. I took the same decision on my busa and upgraded at build stage. My standard rad was battered when I removed it from the bike so decided to upgrade at that point.

There is a discussion about hayabusas over heating when standing in traffic. Some thing a car would do more often then a bike.

Hi James. With that I'm not sure as mine was a 99 engine so didn't have one. I would assume for emissions you may need it for iva. Mine did a msva so emissions were not as strict.

There is a discussion about hayabusas over heating when standing in traffic. Some thing a car would do more often then a bike. The fact that the kit car would get stuck in traffic more than the bike is true. But the advantage we have is that the motor is sat in an open chassis and not tightly wrapped in bodywork as on the bike. Also the radiator on the bike sits directly in front of the hot exhaust headers plus the flow of air to the radiator on the bike is seriously restricted by the front wheel and forks. Our radiator has totally unrestricted airflow into it,(or it does if you use a less restrictive grill mesh than std supplied) and the same as the hot air exits out the rear with no hot headers or motor in the way. I use the small R1 radiator on my hayabusa turbo powered tR1ke which has the same front end as the exobusa and it runs at 75-80c with the fan kicking in at 90c to stop it going any higher, though this only happens in long standing cue's on a hot day and soon goes back down to normal once moving.

Hi James, Sorry for the delay in posting this. I've been unable to get a pic of my pedal as the car is at my dads as im mid moving house..... stress.... any way, been searching my pic archive and came across this pic. I took it at RTR when i visited. It was one of the cars being built. Might be of assistance. If not let me know and ill get a pic of my car at the weekend when im at my dads.
