Black rocket out with the bikes today?

I was in the brecon area earlier today, heading down the A470 - and saw loads of bikes.... and a black mev rocket heading towards brecon. Looked nice - was that anybody on here?

I was in a silver ford escort van - not that you probably noticed it.

I was in the black mountains in my Orange Rocket yesterday, but it was obviously was not me. My boss saw a black rocket in Bath recently - perhaps there is a phantom rocket loose in the south...
