10 good reasons to go; CLUB SPACE PROVIDED. 1, meet up with like minded people and chew the fat. 2, go and watch the racing on circuit, 3, get the moth balls off your car and have a ride in it, 4, get in for free if you are in your MEV, 5, see all entertainment daytime and evening, 6, camp over if you have a few beers and make a weekend of it, 7, see the kit car of the future on display, 8, be proud to show your car and talk to interested passers by, 9, enjoy the atmosphere, bring a picnic and chill out, 10,drive home relaxed having had a wonderful fun trip.
10 cr@p excuses for not going; 1, can't be bothered, we cannot force you to enjoy your MEV, 2, have not finished your MEV yet, well there's always next year, 3, it might rain, well your skin is not going to dissolve! 4, your skint, well it's free if you bring a flask, 5, you may not enjoy it, come and find out, 6, you don't like car shows, can't answer that one! 7, cars not running right, you have nearly 3 weeks to fix it, 8, going out with family/friends, you can do that any time, 9, it's a long way from home, great more fun in your MEV, 10,the other half does not want to go, well you are not joined at the hips are you?
No excuse Steve. You have time to re apply and get your docs back in time and then ask for a refund of the first application. Or have a trip to Swansea and bang on the counter. It must be coming to that now, tell you what lets all go!
In hindsight I may have made an error in weatherproofing the intercom. It was very convenient that it failed at the "bring 'em home" meet last year; saved me from a good ear-bashing on the drive home in an absolute downpour.
I can confirm that all the other electrics worked faultlessly tho Ol!
