Hi Wayne
I also have a Sonic but I don't have much play in the bearings after the hub nut was tightened. Have you got the hub nut tightened up to the correct tightness.

Thanks andy, yes they have been torque correctly I noticed when I was building the car that the rear wheels were floppyer than a sun hat until I torque them up and i thought they were fine but on closer inspection there was some very slight movement only 2 or3 mm of movement so I had a kitcar mechanic change the wheel bearings but no joy. I have used 2 spacer washers on each side of the drive shafts to push them further into the cvs, maybe this is the problem but it says to use them in the build guild. The mechanic said their not right but carn't give me an answer to the problem so don't no what to do next.

Hi Wayne
The other thing to check is how tight where the bearing going into the hub. If I remember there is two sizes off bearings for the donor. The part number for the bearings on my sonic is DWB1126 but I don't have the manufactures name. You parts supplier may be able to cross reference the number. Hope this helps.
Cheers Andy
