We are racing at Rockingham this weekend, 1 race Saturday & 1 race Sunday, full details on the 750 Motor Club website if you fancy coming to watch. Gopro will be on again, so hope for some great footage to follow.

Just had an amazing weekend racing at Rockingham. What a fantastic and technical circuit to learn from taking a corner flat in 4th at about 120mph on the 15 degree oval banking which makes for a major bum clenching moment
To the very twisty bits on the infield with its off camber, blind crest and mixture of fast and slow corners with the final chicane teasing us with a 1 foot high curb behind the rumble strips making it a place not to get it wrong!

The good news is that in only my 7th race I've won a trophy for coming 3rd in class, so delighted with that and now need to make a trophy cabinet lol

Below is the link to the onboard footage for the first few laps. Again I hook up a great start and then notice a car had stalled on the grid making it well worth a look. Im still buzzing now

Very well done Leighton and well driven too. I love that circuit. A little weird how we came to use it following the slow take up of cars it was designed for but great to see the MEV's (AKA XENON) out there. Can't imagine what that clown in the ugly green thing was thinking, firstly he nearly causes a pile up on the grid and then drives beyond his talent and tries to wipe you out as he decides to leave grass cutting to others.
Clearly not in your class as he had a faster car, he just needs a faster brain to go with it!

My on board footage for the 750 Motor Club Sports Specials qualifying session at the awesome Cadwell Park circuit, it was very wet and slippy and its a circuit you do not want to get it wrong on, also only my second race meeting in the wet all year out of 14 races. Qualified 17th out of 27 and finished 10th in the race so a fun fun fun weekend -

As stated in my previous post I was delighted racing from 17th to 10th at Cadwell as a novice racer but I have decided to put up the footage from Patrick of Rogue Motorsport showing him starting on the grid in 16th position but finishing a superb 4th in very changeable conditions against cars running so much more power.....

I would love to see footage of the cars with passing shots from the side lines mixed with on board stuff.
I can't watch 17 minutes of on board.
I see this is a MEV Rocket but called an XP1 then a Rogue then a Xenon, I assume the word is pronounced as ZENON. A Toyota engine version of a Rocket is err, a Rocket, no?
Perhaps there will be a MEV grid next year including Rockets and MX150R Exocets, that would boost the grid numbers with fairly well matched cars, both are now running with the 750MC for next year so my guess is the race organisers will bunch all MEVs together. It could work out well.
