Hey MOG's, heres the plan: 1/5 scale rocket Radio controlled engine powered - currently 23cc chainsaw chunky wheels for grass and offroad fun make as much as possible from scratch! Started off drawing the lower chassis tubes on a plywood chassis jig, bent some 12mm steel tube, clamping down and tack welding. got something like this: As it happens, ive made/bought a few RC cars before, so had a good selection of parts to help things..Including a very nice differential with hydraulic disc brakes! i then played about with the layout of engine and drive train to diff, looks something like this: Next step was suspension. rear lower wishbones first. made form 10mm square tube, pivoting on 6mm steel rods. they look something like this: THE BIG DAY!! Ive moved into new house been busy painting floor and walls, making benches, wiring a ring main and buying an ENORMOUS pillar drill ;D next step... rear uprights and front lower wishbones... will

I couldn't help notice the Reliant axle, is that just one wheel it's having at the front?

I couldn't help notice the Reliant axle, is that just one wheel it's having at the front? thats my trike... (re)built that when i was 17. i had to cut it in half to transport up here.
