Well a first open pit track day for me and the rocket, with a track of newish tarmac a hot sunny day and a 3.8mile circuit the rocket performed bthe track is nice and wide with good run off areas brilliant only one spin and still managed to stay on the black stuff. The track is nice and wide with good run off areas and no red flags all day Would recommend the place very hot on sound testing but my baby passed no problem . The maclaren super car even had a little spin Only problem was the fuel issue where it kept cutting out after 10mins hard driving later in the day Not the tank pulling a vacuum tried that but any other ideas would be gratefully accepted fuel vaporising ?? possibly sorry no pics cant drive and do photos am a crap photographer anyhow

Had a great day a Bedford yesterday. Backing up Carbon Bob's comments this is a great place to test both you and your MEV. Full GT circuit is 4.2 miles long, because it is more a test/trackday circuit, there are many variations on the circuit. It takes several laps to get your confidence on where the next corner is, what gear to take and how late to brake. Once you are familiar with it you can really challenge yourself and the car. 100+ mph is definitely a great buzz in something you have built. Plenty of boy racers out in their Focus RS's, Clio's, BMW's and MX5's for the day. Only 2 other kits, a locost and a GTM. Lots of garage space if you need it. Love to have this space, and those wheels! May have to buy a set of 888's before my next outing.

Another trackday booked at Bedford for this coming Monday (Oct 15). Now have some super sticky Toyo R888 tyres on the car to look forward to.
Still places available via MSV if anyone is interested in upping the MEV count.
