Do you have a3d printer and a clever lad that could take pictures of the yet to be released MEVSTER and print a small one? We have an open day on Sat, you are welcome to come along. Heading to Sherwood Forest Visitor centre at midday, then back for fun in the sun!

The Academy does have a small three D printer so it may be possible to produce something. I will find out a bit more about what it needs and what it can do. I have been following the bring them home thread with interest and would love to come across and see the circuit and the cars in action. It really is a great MEV initiative and had it been during term time it would have been nice to bring a couple of students. Cheers Steve

......anyone would think you were deliberately trying to make trouble! I thought the same when you resurrected the thread originally....... Martin Me ?? Never I am surprised no-one else saw it Of course it helps when you live too far away to worry about getting your free IVA from RTR and had already given up on getting a free MEV Key Ring.

The car on this thread is being built at a local school in mansfield, the same town where MEV is based. The lead guy on this is steve, a very nice and genuine man who is giving up his spare time to give the children of samworth church academy an oportunity to learn new skills and be involved in something productive. The car is a spire GTR, (again a local company) and i know steve is very interested in the MEV products, he was present along with myself at the MEV open day. Steve has also been very helpful to myself and im sure other builders due to his extensive knowledge after owning numerous kit cars. I hope this thread will stay, as its a great thing for steve to be doing, SCAR-samworth chuch academy racing, is also based where my wife works, and the school is built on the site of the school i used to go to, so also for these reasons i think it should stay! lol. we'll see...wayne.
