The Shell in Litchfield does not carry V Power fuels I will have to fill up at Corley Shell station on the M6 and hopefully someone who is going with a tin top can take a 5 gallon drum down for me

Just phoned the station direct and yes they do hold unleaded V-power. It does not show as them having it on the Shell website. Makes things a bit easier now !!

I don't mind mucking in and have a nice high vis orange ( not green surprisingly) vest. Myself and Kevin are coming down Friday too. We should be there around 7.30 to 8 pm.

I'm picking up the trailer and leaving rural wilts around 5ish when mrs mattsmev can leave the council to fend for them selves. The schools kick out on Friday for the holidays to the traffic will be mental and I am towing my car for the first time.
Rather than get stressed about missing a meal in the pub, we will eat on the way up and get to the track when we get there, that way i can take it easy in the traffic with a trailer. I know Nigel locks the gate when you all go to the pub, but we will give him a ring when we are near by and pick the key up so we can pitch our tent while it is is still light. We'll then sit around drinking until the reprobates get back from the pub.
Really glad the weather report looks so good, see you all tomorrow night.
Mattsmev
