What to do with the mevx5

Hey guys - i'm looking at purchasing the mevx5 kit either the coupe or the convertable.

however looking at the build instructions for the mevx5 it doesnt seem as if there is much there?

nothing about stripping the mazda etc - so is this kit litterally a sit ontop and modification of the existing panels with a additional bolt on?

or is it stripped to a rolling chasis etc
