After many years at last I have talked my brother into getting involved

I don't think I can talk him into the forum thou so I will update this as it goes, no doubt I will not only end up building the chassis, but the kit too!! but things are of to a good start here is the 400cc donor he got @ £400 and the strip down has started !!!

Oh yes, it's well and truly stripped down and being cleaned up apparently?

And the chassis should be ready in a couple of weeks,,,

Nice to see there is progress!
So you are using the engine as a mould for the brackets? That would show less fitment issues.
I am curious what relationship this kit has with MEV and RTR.

Love to see some snapshots later of this project and the details we missed in the Mk1

Yes he is getting there, but he won't keep this updated so I will post stuff as I get it,

No don't need the engine for the build as the jig is all set up for both the 250cc - 400cc engines, I think he is slowly cleaning it up,

The only relationship is with MEV, we bought the project from Stuart Mills and manufacture and sell them, the new Eco-Exo-R is our own design development from the original model which we still produce and sell too,

Hopefully KP from Exomotive will give us a excellent build thread once he starts the build of his demonstrator,

I ordered my tR1ke before you published the R or i would resious reconsider to build this version. I have place to build and store one but don't hold your breath for this moment

is the new fairing an improvement on the original one?

Yes the fairing is loads better, but it could do with being slightly higher than ours as the wind just catches the top of your head! which is easily done,,

I think it was around 13,000 miles, a whole lot less then mine Ha Ha,,,,,

About the same as my R1 engine.

With him having a week off we should see some great progress

Big Bro has made excellent progress this week, as a first time builder he is cracking on, popped up to see him today and was most impressed with the start of the dry build,,

Yes this is going well, just a slight problem that I have borrowed the chassis before it gets painted for some more development work with the gigs etc,,

Should be done soon and painted flat black, it's going to look awesome!!!
