The plan is to use the original spring and damper from the bike initially, but I'll probably change it at a later date.
The target weight is around 340 kgs, the engine was heavier than the chassis!! And the engine is only 80 ish kilos.
The springs in my kit are softer than those on the prototype.
I'll check the spring ratings tomorrow. Not going outside tonight.

Found an excuse to sneak out!! The springs are 120lbs per inch.

We supplied Carl with 120lb springs but different drivers will want different things so with springs only costing about £15 a pop I think there will be a bit of experimenting by most owners.
All up weight is approximately 300kgs so expect serious acceleration.

Pilates again for her indoors tonight so little progress, my first attempt at the wings, no instructions or sod all: I've got some soopa doopa motorsport bonding glue to attach them once I've got them level:

hey mate,
the build is looking good, im not a big fan of trikes but i really like this.
is it chain driven as per the bike? and what steering column is that?
keep up the good work.

Mk2 mondeo steering wheel, and it uses a chain drive.
The chain drive is handy because it's light and I can change the gearing.
No more updates til the 17th now.

Still waiting for an accelerator pedal from Road Track Race before I can order the hoses and cables. I got stuck under the ash cloud until the other day as well. Back in the garage tomorrow.
