please follow these simple steps to decide if it's fit to go out in your MEV;
Park your car on the road.
If salt collects on it...... There may be ice that night
If it gets wet...... It may be raining
If it stays dry...... It may not be raining
If it turns white..... There may have been some snow
If it has shadows on it... It may be sunny
If you can't see it... It may be foggy
If it is partly submerged.. It has rained heavily
If it's covered in dust... Move away from the volcano
If you can't find it.... There has probably been a tornado.
