I can safely say that the ECO-EXO does not resemble the one in the pic above. I have been busy with Sonic7 orders but am up to date now so it's back on the new machine in the morning. All I can say for def is that the frame will be made from 50mm dia tube with a 2mm wall thickness. It looks cool I feel. It's also a very strong design but not at all heavy. I'm very happy with the proportions so far but I am designing it as I go along so I have no idea what it will look like! I'm doing some sketching now.
The trick is to plan 4 or 5 steps ahead of the stage your at.
I sometimes use CAD but I am quicker without it and it does not hinder the style flow when I have a free hand. It all depends if I can get the brill picture in my head to pass the information through to my hands and tools. It feels promising at the moment but it is early days. I have stripped a Suzuki Burgman for the project. Frame and panels and lights now going on Ebay. This forum will get the first pics when it's near to completion.
