New handbrake cable can be picked up on e-bay or any of the ford parts dealers online, just remember to get one specifically for rear brake calipers. Will set you back about 50 quid including postage. You may also need the front part which connects the handbrake lever to the actual brake cable, again you can purchase this from the same as brake cable.
As for the gear cables, these can get very expensive for new ones, I went to the scrappy and spent about 30mins removing mine from a relatively good condition 02 focus, some blood, sweat, tears and 10 quid later I had those puppies out and they were in good nik.
If you find the correct spec car at a scrappy you could get the handbrake cable and gear cables for 20 quid.

I found purchasing non-gen handbrake cables is a good idea because there are in a plastic sleeve and will not rust
