how tight should the crush tubes be in the nylon bushes, mine are a fairly tight hammer fit, i think collectively they will make the suspention too stiff, i can turn a smidgeon off the crush tubes but dont know how snug they should be.

My crush tubes are still a bit stiff even after running a 19mm reamer through the bushes, I imagine they will loosen off when I've got the wheels on and start to move the suspension arms around abit.
I have greased them up using teflon grease used for high performance bearings so should be OK.

You should be able to use a rubber mallet to Knock them in, just put the arm on a work bench when you do it.

Your crush tubes should be Mallet tight. Remember to have plenty of Grease in them. I added grease nipples to mine so I can regrease/top up at any point without removing the suspension. There is a thread on this in the technical section.
