After my visit to RTR and my demonstration with Paul who wouldn't have ordered a kit. Deposit paid and build date confirmed; all I have to do now is decide on a colour and find my donor bike.

Delivery date confirmed week commencing 21st November. Decided on orange with silver frame; next job is to collect donor bike. Fractured shoulder slowing me down at the moment.

Donor bike collected yesterday from Essex. Really clean and tidy with low mileage; seems too good to break up.

Looks too nice to strip, but you should pull good money back for the fairing, forks etc.... Is that the original can? I know the did it in Titanium and Carbon Fibre depending on year, if so, Keep it, you will need it to pass sound control, if not, you are more than welcome to borrow mine when im done with it.

Sacrificed for the greater goal.....
Dismantling the bike is also fun.
