Got to the stage in my build where the pedals can go on, however with the clutch pedal in the position suggested by the build manual (my chassis has bigger holes in the bulkhead so it doesn't look like the spacers need to be cut off) the pedal hits the bulkhead with about 20mm of travel left before the stop on the actual pedal mount. I understand that the pedal needs to be through the bulkhead so that the steering column bolts up in the right place so I was wondering if anyone else has or had the same problem? Does that last 20mm of pedal travel matter or could I put a bigger bumpstop in? Some pics of your installed pedals would be nice, seems to be lack of them in the manual

No problem on that, the pedal clevis is adjustable if you wish to bring the pedal up so it will clear the bulkhead but the clutch is disconnected well before the pedal reaches the stop. The angle of the pedal can also be adjusted depending how many washers you fit over the top single pedal mount bolt.
