Hi guys,
Is anybody out there running their Exocet with lowered springs AND poly bushes. My donor has lowered springs and on the road it can be very stiff on normal road surfaces. I know friends who have poly bushes and they say the same about them. So what is it like having both together.
Cheers

the question is whether you can afford oem rubber bushes. i have poly and very hard koni sport on my mx5 and its very jarring in padding-less bucket seat. i would have gone for oem rubber, but they are much more expensive.

Lowered springs and flo flex poly bushes on mine. Ride is ok but that said I have softer lowering springs. With the original lowering springs it was rock solid, and jarring! Just make sure you use copper grease on the bushes and crush tubes, and go with a slightly softer spring if you can find them.

Thanks for that. Think the previous owner said they were PI lowering springs. It was the cost factor that made me consider Poly bushes.
