Nice one. Looks great. Possibly the best looking MX-5 out there!

For the eagle eyed amongst the readers and to answer a couple of questions I've been asked, the car is, I would say, at about 97% completion. Jobs to do are to neaten up the bonnet shut line and fit the headlight lenses along with some desired interior tweaks I have in mind. I've also got some brand new black alloys arriving tomorrow so the front spacers will be put back in. I've full intention of it being at Stoneleigh in its completed form so bring your cameras (and cheque books if you like what you see ;-) )

Had a good day today. Fixed the drivers door by replacement of a half inch spring. simple in concept but what a faf! Fitted her new 15" boots to replace the 17" ones that were scrubbing the arches. fitted the front spacers whilst the wheels were of too. The drive is transformed and it's a joy to drive. Beautifully 'rorty' note too thanks to. RTR exhaust fabrication.

All, the car is very nearly finished some tweaking to bonnet shut lines and the like at RTR and due to a change in circumstances, I am going to have to sell her. Since the photos previously on this thread, she's done less than 200 miles and has a brand new set of tyres on new alloys. If you are interested in owning this fabulous car, please PM me and I'll fill you in on the rest of the details. I'm starting the sale at £8.200 but invite offers.

Well, the X5 has left me but is in good hands with an interesting future. It's now housed with the guys at pro-motive.co.uk/ and is destined, very soon, to be powered by a ZX12R engine! These guts are experienced in powering Minis with R1s and speaking yesterday, they have the job about figured out. I, for one, look forward to seeing what they make of it.
