Hi all,
Steve here from Epsom, Surrey. All going well, I'll order my Rocket kit at Detling. Except for bolting bits to my motorcycle, I'm pretty clueless on automotive issues, but after much questioning (big thanks to Paul at RTR), reading (thanks to this Forum), a test-drive and a visit to Stoneleigh, I finally feel ready to give it a go. The garage is almost ready and the Ducati Corse inspired colour-scheme is progressing in Photoshop. Looking forward to getting started!

Thanks for the welcoming replies guys.
It's good to know there's another Rocket being built nearby too Jim - I might take you up on the offer to stop by and take a look at your build too.
I had a quick read through the build guide yesterday and see I have a HUGE amount to learn, but that's a big reason for doing it in the first place...
It will most likely be August before I get my kit, so I'll use the time before then to purchase the other bits and have them ready. I need to buy some more tools and put the finishing touches on the garage too.
