Hi all,
thinking of ordering my wheels for the sonic, TSW Rockets, just need to know if there is a certain offset that i require, or just as they come.
Cheers John.

Hi John, I have done the same as Mark, 40 at the front (Ford fitment) and 15 at the back (peugeot) and by a strange coincidence have also used 20mm spacers at the rear instead of the recommended 25 and all runs fine.
Cheers,
Jon

Thanks for the info, please excuse my ignorance but why the spacers instead of the correct offset wheel, ie 15mm offset rear plus 25mm spacer makes same offset as front, or have I got something wrong? Cheers John

Hi. I am using 0 (zero) offset at the rear and will probablly only need a 10mm spacer. I have 15 X 8 for the rear and 15X7 the front. Does one have to use a 40mm offset for the front? I am still building and learning as I go along so please excuse my ignorance!!

Cheers John Hi John the 25mm spacers allow you to buy fairly readily available wheels(Ford(40) and Peugeot(15)) with the same pcd 4 stud. A -10 (Correct offset without spacer) offset wheel will be difficult to find in 40 and -10 offset and will likely have a different dish on the outer. I have taken a different approach and have had some 50mm bolt on hub centric spacers cnc machined. I will have four pairs of these available fairly soon. It would have been this week if they hadn't got knocked about in transit coming back from the anodisers. They will be re anodised before I sell them. They come with new studs and bolts/washers for the hub and allow the use of 40mm offset wheels all round. Allowing for a better choice of wheels and you don't need to buy 25mm spacers. I'll get a picture on here today if I can. Andrew

Here's a couple of images of what is in the kit. I will get more pictures of them on the hubs/wheels etc if needed and answer any questions that you have. I'm hoping to sell them delivered to the UK for around £170 all in. As mentioned it will be a couple of weeks till they are re anodised Andrew

Hi yes you will need to use a 40 offset on the front in a 7x15. 10mm spacer sounds about right for the rear with an 8" rim. Andrew
