How effective does the Spot Caliper have to be?

Just wondering what the Spot Caliper needs to be like to pass the MSVA, I hear they are really not very good?

How do they compare to a normal caliper? Will it stop the Tr1ke from rolling backwards?

Just debating whether to keep the original Blue Spot and do what the demo has and add a seperate Spot Caliper, or whether to spend more money and buy an all in one solution from HiSpec.

Any Advice would be most appreciated.

Don't know for GB, but here in NL both rear wheels must delay equally. They don't mention a certain force...
