US Exocet Bulkhead Rivets

I was going to install my bulkheads tonight, but when I opened to "Hardware" box there were two bags of rivets:

100 x 3/16" Wide Domed Aluminum Blind Rivets

75 x 3/16" Aluminum Blind Rivets

From all the pictures I have seen, it looks like the standard rivets are the ones used for the bulkheads? However, neither the US or UK build guide specifies which is used where. Nor have I had luck looking in other people's build logs.

Which rivets do I use and where?
